The Opportunity
The IT Supplier Management Office (SMO) is seeking an experienced IT Contract Manager, Infrastructure & Strategic Services, to oversee strategic technology supplier relationships and ensure contracted services deliver measurable business value. This role will lead the commercial, contractual, financial, and governance management of infrastructure managed services and enterprise consulting partners, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize service performance, cost efficiency, and business outcomes.
What You'll Work On
  • Manage the full lifecycle of complex IT services agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, amendments, renewals, outsourcing contracts, managed services agreements, and professional services engagements.
  • Partner with Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT Infrastructure, Operations, and business stakeholders to negotiate, administer, and optimize supplier contracts.
  • Establish and maintain contract governance processes, renewal roadmaps, and supplier accountability mechanisms.
  • Monitor supplier performance against service level agreements (SLAs), contractual commitments, operational KPIs, and business objectives.
  • Lead governance forums, operational reviews, and executive business reviews with key infrastructure and services providers.
  • Track and manage service credits, remediation plans, improvement commitments, and contractual obligations through resolution.
  • Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, KPI reporting, financial models, and supplier performance summaries.
  • Analyze supplier spend, contract utilization, forecasting trends, financial performance, and cost optimization opportunities.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, invoice validation, variance analysis, savings tracking, and total cost of ownership (TCO) assessments.
  • Translate complex supplier, operational, contractual, and financial data into actionable insights and executive-level recommendations.
  • Support sourcing initiatives, including RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, market assessments, and commercial analyses.
  • Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation, governance improvements, service optimization, and increased return on investment.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in IT contract management, supplier management, vendor management, strategic sourcing, procurement, or commercial management.
  • Experience managing infrastructure managed services, outsourcing agreements, technology services contracts, consulting engagements, and complex Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Strong understanding of commercial models supporting managed services, outsourcing, systems integration, infrastructure operations, and enterprise technology delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating and managing MSAs, SOWs, amendments, renewals, pricing schedules, service levels, and governance frameworks.
  • Advanced financial management and analytical skills, including budgeting, forecasting, spend analytics, invoice review, variance analysis, savings tracking, and TCO modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools with experience developing dashboards, scorecards, KPI reporting, and executive presentations.
  • Proven ability to analyze large and complex datasets and translate findings into business-focused recommendations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to develop clear, accurate, and professional documentation.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting a formal Supplier Management Office (SMO) or Vendor Management Office (VMO) function.
  • Experience managing strategic relationships with global infrastructure managed service providers and enterprise consulting partners.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, outsourcing models, and enterprise service delivery environments.
  • Experience leading supplier governance programs, executive business reviews, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with strategic sourcing processes, including RFPs, RFIs, supplier benchmarking, and commercial evaluations.
  • Experience building financial models and executive reporting packages to support technology investment decisions.
  • Demonstrated success identifying cost optimization opportunities, contract efficiencies, and supplier value realization initiatives.
  • Professional certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, PMP, ITIL, CTCM, or related procurement, contract management, or technology certifications.
