Description
Position Summary
S&P Air Control is seeking a dependable and customer-focused IT Technician to provide first-line technical support across a multi-site environment. This role serves as the primary point of contact for end-user issues and is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and professional technical assistance while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, accountability, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting while maintaining a high level of service and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Provide remote and on-site support
  • Document incidents and resolutions
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding
  • Support Microsoft 365 services
  • Deploy and maintain endpoint devices
  • Follow IT policies and security standards
  • Identify recurring issues and improvements
