Job Summary

We’re looking for a customer-focused and tech-savvy IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role is the frontline of our IT Services department — helping users resolve technical issues, setting up systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate \gets it\ — understanding not just how systems work, but how they connect and support business operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure systems across networks, servers, storage, and cloud environments. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first- and second-level support to end-users across hardware, software, networking, and systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, applications, and more.
  • Set up and configure new hardware, user accounts, and workstations.
  • Install, update, and maintain software and operating systems.
  • Support and configure infrastructure devices, and productivity suites (e.g., Microsoft 365 Suite, TMW, and Dynamics Business Central.
  • Log and track incidents, service requests, and changes using an IT ticketing system.
  • Escalate more complex issues to higher-level IT staff when needed.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and assist with equipment procurement and lifecycle.
  • Create and update technical documentation and user guides.
  • Educate users on best practices for security, tools, and systems.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3–5 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding of Windows environments.
  • Familiarity with basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remote support tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • A customer-first mindset.

Preferred:

  • Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related experience.
