At Ezee Fiber, you'll do more than build a career; you'll help shape the future of connectivity. Every team member plays a vital role in delivering reliable, high-speed internet and exceptional customer experiences. Whether in the field, in the office, or behind the scenes, you'll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, professional growth, and making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

At Ezee Fiber, our success is built on delivering Speed, Simplicity, and Service in everything we do. Guided by our core values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, and Collaboration, we empower our employees to do the right thing, support one another, take ownership of their work, and work together to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers and the communities we serve.

As the Director of Operations, this role is responsible for driving the operational and strategic initiatives of the market. This leader reports directly to the Senior Vice President, General Manager for the market, and oversees multiple functional areas, including Door-to-Door (D2D) Sales, Community & Events, Facilities/Warehouse, and Field Services, ensuring these functions operate efficiently and align with the company’s broader goals.

This leadership position requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on operational management, and the ability to foster cross-functional collaboration. As Ezee Fiber’s boots-on-the-ground operational leader, the Director will play a critical role in guiding market growth, optimizing operational performance, and enhancing profitability while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Financial Management: Own the market P&L. Allocate capital and resources where they produce the highest return; track performance against forecasts; and implement cost controls without slowing production or impacting customer experience.
Stakeholder & Municipal Relations: Serve as the lead for municipal relationships across the region. Build and maintain partnerships with city leadership, engineering, and permitting teams; act as the primary point for escalations; and ensure Ezee Fiber is viewed as the most responsive and trusted operator in every community we enter.
Performance Reporting: Establish and lead the reporting cadence for the region. Use production, financial, and service data to measure performance, identify gaps, and course-correct early. Provide clear, actionable updates to the SVP & General Manager and other senior leaders.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all state, local, and company standards across permitting, construction, restoration, and customer operations. Establish quality assurance processes that scale as the regional footprint grows and protect the company’s brand in every community.

Proven track record of leadership in driving operational performance and growth, preferably in fiber-optic telecommunications or a related industry (e.g., construction, utilities, or logistics).
