  • Deliver well-documented technical/implementation design artifacts and solution specifications.
  • Provide accurate development and implementation effort estimates.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and mentor team members on design patterns and best practices.
  • Lead the configuration and setup of ServiceNow modules, workflows, integrations, scripting, ACLs, and UI policies.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Proficiency in developing JavaScript utilities and full-stack development.
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) hands-on experience (5+ years).
  • Exposure to Machine Learning or Generative AI technologies.
  • Deep understanding of GRC/IRM trends and industry best practices.
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments and cross-functional global teams.
