Sr. ServiceNow Developer -GRC/TPRM/IRM | Altamonte Springs, Florida, United States Sr. ServiceNow Developer - GRC/TPRM/IRM Location: Altamonte Springs, FL (Hybrid) | Job Type: Contract through End of Year About the Role Join a dynamic, collaborative team as a Senior ServiceNow Developer specializing in Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). This is a high-impact contract opportunity where you'll architect, enhance, and support ServiceNow solutions that drive risk and compliance excellence. You'll work in a fast-paced Agile environment, directly influencing platform innovation and AI-driven risk management for a leading enterprise. Responsibilities - Design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow solutions within IRM, GRC, and TPRM modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk Management) - Execute development backlog from technical design to deployment within Agile/Scrum teams - Configure workflows, business rules, script includes, UI policies, and client scripts to meet evolving risk and compliance needs - Build and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub - Implement AI-assisted capabilities in ServiceNow for intelligent risk mapping, evidence intake, and workflow automation - Engage in Agile ceremonies, collaborating closely with product managers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and present technical solutions - Support UAT/QA, maintain technical documentation, and contribute to code reviews for platform governance - Identify technical debt and recommend remediation strategies for ongoing platform optimization Required Skills and Experience - 5+ years of ServiceNow development with a focus on IRM, GRC, and TPRM modules - Strong experience implementing Policy & Compliance Management, Risk Management, or Third-Party Risk Management solutions - Deep proficiency with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting - Hands-on background in ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server) - Solid ability to configure UI, workflows, user roles, and security rules (ACLs) in ServiceNow - Familiarity with ServiceNow AI features (Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AI Search, Now Assist) - Experience with GRC frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or COBIT - Skilled in Agile/Scrum development environments - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork Preferred Skills - Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, financial services) - ServiceNow certifications (CIS-RC, CIS-VRM, CAD) - ServiceNow Performance Analytics for GRC dashboards, KRI/KPI reporting - Knowledge of responsible AI practices and AI governance - Background in enterprise risk management, information security, or compliance Benefits - Opportunity to work in a cutting-edge, hybrid work environment - Exposure to advanced AI-driven risk management solutions - Collaborative, supportive team culture focused on innovation and professional development - Gain hands-on experience in high-demand ServiceNow modules and integrations - Contract position with competitive compensation How to Apply Ready to elevate your career as a ServiceNow GRC/IRM expert?
