Job description

As a Project Manager, you will be dedicated to enabling internal teams and external clients to utilize Ipsos' agile research platform, Ipsos.Digital. You will work collaboratively with a variety of teams in developing tools and processes, enabling teams to answer research questions as efficiently as possible. You will be an integral part of transforming our ways of working and uncovering opportunities for optimizing workflows.

Summary of Position and Requirements:

The PM of Ipsos.Digital, NA will be a key member of Ipsos' Service Line Business Operations team. They are tasked with driving usage and growth of our agile research platform.  The ideal candidate will:

  • Be the primary point of contact for researchers and client service teams to answer questions, ideate workarounds and propose creative solutions to address client objectives within our research platform
  • Participate in various aspects of the project life cycle from design, programming, link checking, fieldwork monitoring, and dashboard customization
  • Act as solution expert to ensure internal teams feel sufficiently supported working in platform by providing training and individual guidance and escalating questions and challenges to appropriate teams
  • Uncover opportunities to enable more use of our research platform in terms of training and documentation
  • Focus on executional excellence, while growing both internal and client partnership skills 
  • Promote a digital-first mindset to internal teams and encourage users to embrace the benefits of automated, streamlined research

 

Required Skills and Abilities:

This might be the job for you if you have: 

  • At least 4 years of market research experience 
  • Deep experience utilizing platform-based research solutions
  • Completed Bachelor's Degree, Master's level education an asset 
  • Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness in completing all tasks 
  • Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation 
  • Highly motivated, self-directed & possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines 
  • Thrives within a team environment and proven ability to influence and guide peers, juniors and superiors
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills with well-developed interpersonal and presentation skills

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $115,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
