REQUIREMENTS

Meaningful experience in patent preparation and prosecution with a willingness to also assist in trademark and/or licensing matters. Candidates should possess a mechanical engineering or chemical engineering degree, be admitted in good standing to a state bar, and admitted to the USPTO as a registered patent attorney.
