Job description

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate should have experience as a seasoned patent litigator with extensive experience representing both accused infringers and patent owners before district courts, the International Trade Commission, and/or before the USPTO in PTAB proceedings. The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent professional experience. USPTO registration is a plus but not required. All candidates must be admitted to the California State Bar.
