ITAR Position

Pay Rate $60-$70 Location: Kilbourn, IL - Onsite 100% Duration: 6+ months Competencies: 8-10+ years' experience OT/IoT Security Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Good understanding of OT (Operational Technology) environments in manufacturing plants.

Hands-on experience with: OPC UA / OPC DA, PLC Integration, SCADA Systems, Historian Systems, Industrial Automation Networks, UNS

Knowledge of ISA-95, ISA-88 and MESA standards.

Strong understanding of Manufacturing Operations: Production, Quality, Performance/OEE, Material Tracking & Genealogy, Electronic Batch Records

Ability to troubleshoot OT connectivity issues between PLC, SCADA, OPC and MES systems.

Experience in MES implementation lifecycle including Requirements, Design, Configuration, Testing, Deployment and Hypercare.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead MES-OT integration activities with PLCs, SCADA, Historians and plant equipment.

Support development of interfaces between MES, SAP, UNS and other enterprise system Drive OT data enablement from shop-floor systems up to MES.

Configure and validate OPC UA connectivity and tag mapping.

Work closely with plant automation, IT and OT teams to resolve integration issues.

Support SIT, UAT, FAT and Go-Live activities

Ensure successful deployment and commissioning of MES solutions.

Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and operational efficiency.

Coordinate with factory SMEs, OT engineers, automation vendors and business users.

Participate in requirement workshops, design reviews and project governance meetings.

Prepare technical documentation including HLD, LLD, Interface Design and Deployment Guides.
