The Land and Air Defense (LADS) team at Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated finance professional to join the Medium Range Air Defense (MRAD) Product Area as a Ukraine National Advanced Surface to Air Missile System (NASAMS) Principal Program Cost Controls Analyst (P3).

The flagship product within the MRAD portfolio is the NASAMS system that is built in partnership with KONGSBERG. The system includes a Raytheon built Sentinel Radar, a KONGSBERG Fire Distribution Center and a Launcher that uses both KONGSBERG and Raytheon components. NASAMS customers represent 15 countries around the world, and the long-range financial plan contains multiple domestic and international capture opportunities.

The position, which will report to the Ukraine Business Manager, will provide a tremendous growth opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven finance professional. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Ukraine NASAMS Program Office, Integrated Product Teams, and Functional leaders on key business decisions. This candidate will support the management of cost controls, EVMS compliance, financial forecasting, and overall financial execution of the program. The selected candidate must be able to work under deadlines and constraints as well as have the ability to multitask across a variety of tasks and work with all levels of the organization. This position requires the ability to provide top level program planning and control guidance as well as the ability to summarize, package, and present information to all levels of management.

This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity (onsite & remote). The preferred candidate will be located within a commutable distance to one of the following locations: Andover, MA; Tucson, AZ; Huntsville, AL; McKinney, TX. Relocation assistance is not being offered.

  • Provide financial guidance to Program Managers, IPT leads, and Cost Account Managers (CAMs)
  • Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, maintenance and reporting utilizing standard company tools and processes
  • Develop accurate forecasts in support of monthly forecasts / AOP / 5YP processes
  • Review of financial reports, presentations, and proposals for accuracy and completeness

Qualifications

You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field & 5 years finance experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years finance experience
  • Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and/or Estimates At Complete (EAC)Experience with SAP, Rplan, BW, PMX, and/or EDIT+; or experience with a similar tool
  • Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) concepts, systems, and processes
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
