Role Overview:
  • In this role, you will work on projects that help fine-tune and enhance large language models (LLMs) using your expertise in order processing, inventory management, and trade documentation.
  • No prior AI experience is required.
  • These projects will help you discover how AI can be applied to optimize operational workflows, improve data accuracy, and streamline order management systems in wholesale and logistics sectors.


What Does Day-to-Day Look Like:
  • Review and process customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into internal systems.
  • Write structured, detailed workflows covering order entry, verification, shipment tracking, and fulfillment reporting.
  • Assess AI-generated responses for accuracy, process alignment, and clarity in trade and logistics operations.
  • Write clear, step-by-step explanations describing real-world trade and customer support workflows.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience as an Order Clerk, Operations Coordinator, or Trade Support Specialist in wholesale trade, logistics, or supply chain environments.
  • Strong understanding of order processing systems, invoicing, and inventory coordination.
  • Excellent English communication and analytical reasoning skills.
