Administrative Assistant - Accounts Payable for a Real Estate Investment Firm

We are a real estate investment firm seeking a highly organized and reliable person to support daily operations. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Responsibilities

1. Manage accounts payable, including invoice processing, and basic bookkeeping coordination.

2. Support property management functions, including vendor coordination, tenant communication, and record-keeping.

3. Provide executive administrative support, including calendar management, correspondence, and document preparation.

4. Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as needed.

5. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of administrative or office support experience (real estate experience a plus)

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
