Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Administrator to support our construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of construction experience, with a strong background in construction documentation and administrative processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of construction experience
  • Experience with lien releases, draw requests, permitting, and working with city departments
  • Experience in multifamily and affordable housing construction preferred
  • Strong communication, administrative, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and documentation requirements
  • Some travel may be required
Primary Roles amp; Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and track construction draw requests and supporting documentation.
  • Manage lien releases, permits, inspections, and project-related paperwork.
  • Coordinate with municipalities, inspectors, contractors, and vendors to facilitate project progress.
  • Maintain project files, contracts, insurance certificates, and compliance records.
  • Assist with budgeting, invoice processing, and project reporting.
  • Monitor project deadlines and ensure all required documentation is submitted timely.
  • Support the construction team with various administrative and operational tasks.
