About this Role

AsanInvisorsPayrollArchitect,youwillleadtheHCMworkstreaminternallybycoachingmorejuniorconsultants,andexternallybymanagingthedesignanddeliveryofWorkdayprojects.YouwillworkcloselywithallotherConsultantswithintheworkstream,aswellasmanagingcross-functionalimpactswithotherdomainleads.ThisrolewillallowyoutocoachothersintheirconsultingcareerwhilehelpingclientsdevelopastrongplananddesignfortheirWorkdaysystem.

Location&EmploymentRequirements

  • CandidatesmustcurrentlyresideandworkwithintheUnitedStates,asthisrolesupportsclientengagementsthatrequireconsultantstobeU.S.-based.
  • CandidatesmustbeauthorizedtoworkintheUnitedStateswithouttheneedforemployment-basedvisasponsorshipnoworinthefuture.Invisorswillnotsponsoremployment-basedvisasforthisposition.

Responsibilities

  • Havedevelopedproject,industry,andWorkdayexperiencetoguideprojectscopeanddesigncommitmentswithaclient.
  • BeapartnerfortheProjectManagerandEngagementExecutivefortheplanningoftheareaofaproject.
  • Proactivelyworkwithotherareasoftheprojecttodevelopsolutionsforrequirementsorplanningchallenges.
  • APayrollArchitectwillnotsimplyadvocatefortheworkstreambutinsteadwilllooktodevelopthebestsolutionfortheproject,client,andInvisorsoverall.
  • Assistinbudgetaryaccountabilityfortheirprojects.
  • BepreparedtobecalledupontoserveastheAreaArchitectfortheirproject.
  • Readtheroomandtailorapproachappropriatelyanddeliverdifficultmessageseffectively.
