Job Description Head of Data Location: New York City, NY | Princeton, NJ | Hartford, CT Employment Type: Full-Time We're looking for an experienced Head of Data to lead enterprise-wide data strategy, governance, and data management initiatives. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for someone who is passionate about transforming data into a business asset. You'll work across business and technology teams to establish data governance frameworks, drive data quality, enable trusted analytics, and build a data-driven culture across the organization.

We're looking for someone with: 12+ years of experience in data governance, data management, enterprise data architecture, or related leadership roles. Proven experience leading enterprise-wide data governance or data transformation initiatives. Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, data quality, metadata management, and data lineage.

Experience working with enterprise data platforms, analytics ecosystems, and modern data architectures. Understanding of regulatory, privacy, security, and data risk management requirements. Experience designing and implementing data governance operating models, policies, standards, and stewardship frameworks.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive leadership and collaborate across business and technology teams. Experience working in large, complex, and matrixed organizations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts into business value.
