About this Role
As an Invisors Workday Financial Accounting Senior Consultant, you will partner with clients to deliver Workday Financial solutions and implementations. You'll lead client conversations, solve complex business challenges, mentor junior consultants, and play a key role in delivering successful project outcomes. In addition to client work, you will contribute internally to help improve processes and support the growth of the organization.
Location & Employment Requirements
  • Candidates must currently reside and work within the United States, as this role supports client engagements that require consultants to be U.S.-based.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Invisors will not sponsor employment-based visas for this position.
  • This is a full-time W2 position only. Invisors does not offer C2C arrangements or contract opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead client requirements and design sessions independently.
  • Configure and deliver Workday Financial solutions.
  • Support and guide consultants on project work under architect leadership.
  • Mentor junior team members within the FINS practice.
  • Proactively support leadership and contribute to internal team initiatives.
