Job Title: Senior Associate, Investor Services

Locations: Evansville, IN - Hybrid

They work closely with our clients by instructing cash movement, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating service delivery, and processing transfer and record updates for our hedge fund clients.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Review investor statements beforeclient review
  • Approve investor contract notes and statements for distribution
  • Handle daily/routine client information requests via email and phone
  • Review andprocessinvestor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers,assignmentsand contact changes
  • Preparewire transfer instructionsin accordance withinvestor and/or fund management instructions
  • Processcash, money movements, andreconciliations
  • Support the year-end audit process, in collaboration with the team, client and auditors
  • Train employees when appropriate
  • Ability to analyze,establishand review new client launch and conversion fund data

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree inFinance,Business Administration or similar field
  • 2-4 years' experience in financial/clientservices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of hedge fundsorprivate equityisa plus
  • Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering(AML)and KYC procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel
  • Team playermentality with a positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability tomanage shifting priorities
