What is an investigation administrator?

Investigation Administrators are professionals who provide administrative support to teams conducting investigations, often within legal, compliance, or HR departments. Their duties typically include managing case files, organizing documentation, scheduling interviews or meetings, and ensuring that investigative processes adhere to organizational and legal standards. They play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records, assisting with report preparation, and handling confidential information. By supporting investigators and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks, Investigation Administrators help facilitate thorough and efficient investigations.

What are some common challenges faced by an investigation administrator, and how can they be addressed?
