Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee inventory valued at $10M-$20M, ensuring accurate inventory records, system integrity, and effective control processes.
  • Lead daily inventory control operations, establishing performance metrics, monitoring KPIs, and driving inventory accuracy across the organization.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop inventory control staff, providing training, performance management, and ongoing support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Analyze inventory performance, aging stock, and discrepancies to optimize inventory levels, improve forecasting, and reduce excess or obsolete inventory.
  • Maintain alignment between physical inventory and system records through cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and effective inventory control practices.
  • Oversee inventory-related process flows, including production, returns, handheld scanning systems, and QR code tracking to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards while leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and productivity.
  • Partner with procurement, logistics, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve inventory issues, support supply chain initiatives, manage escalations, and provide reporting on inventory performance, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, forecasting, and warehouse operations.
