Job Description

Summary/objective

The Parts Inventory Specialists is responsible for accurately and efficiently maintain the company’s inventory database of used auto parts.

Essential functions

  • Enter new and used auto parts into the inventory database
  • Update existing parts information in the database as needed
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered into the system
  • Perform regular audits of the database to identify and correct any errors
  • Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary information to complete data entry tasks
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding inventory availability
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
