Join our team at Ford - Tom Wood Ford, Indy as a Parts Counterperson. In this role, you will be an essential part of our dealership, helping customers and technicians find the right parts efficiently and accurately. You will be responsible for managing parts inventory, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the service department to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers and service technicians in locating and ordering parts
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels
  • Process and complete sales transactions in a timely manner
  • Communicate with vendors to order parts and resolve any discrepancies
