We serve cafés, roasters, restaurants, and serious home baristas with new and refurbished espresso machines, grinders, and accessories from the most respected brands in coffee. About the Role

We are seeking an Inventory & Warehousing Specialist to support accurate and efficient warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring inventory accuracy, organization, and smooth product flow as we continue to grow.

You will take ownership of inventory processes, work cross-functionally with operations and fulfillment, and help build scalable systems that support a high-performing warehouse environment.

What You’ll Do

Inbound Receiving & Inventory Setup

  • Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
  • Label, log, and stage products for proper storage
  • Assign and maintain accurate bin locations for all inventory
  • Identify discrepancies and coordinate resolution with internal teams

Inventory Accuracy & Control

  • Maintain accurate inventory records across warehouse locations
  • Perform routine cycle counts and support full inventory audits
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Ensure all inventory movements and adjustments are properly recorded

Warehouse Organization & Optimization

  • Maintain clean, organized shelves, bins, and storage areas
  • Evaluate warehouse layout and improve space utilization
  • Recommend and support improvements to labeling, workflows, and processes
  • Help implement scalable systems as operations grow

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with fulfillment to ensure accurate picking and order flow
  • Support operational workflows by staging materials and tracking inventory
  • Collaborate with internal teams on system updates and process improvements

Requirements

    • 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics
    • Strong understanding of inventory processes (receiving, cycle counting, reconciliation)
    • Experience using inventory systems (WMS, ERP, or similar tools)
    • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage processes end-to-end
    • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and lifting items as needed

Nice to Have

    • Experience with Shopify, ERP systems, or manufacturing workflows
    • Background in fast-paced or scaling operations environments
