Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory levels, track materials and supplies, and ensure accurate stock records. This role is essential in maintaining efficient inventory operations and supporting the administrative functions of our company. The ideal candidate will have ERP experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in forecasting material, parts, and supply needs.
  • Identify and report discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
  • Conduct cycle counts and ensure proper stock management.
  • Receive, confirm, and assign designated locations for inventory items and supplies.
