Sheehy Genesis of Chantilly seeks a dedicated and reliable Inventory Manager to join our growing company. Your chief goal in this position will be to monitor and report on our company's inventory levels. You will be responsible for developing inventory-tracking systems and reviewing supply levels.

Responsibilities 

  • Maintain control of all incoming and grounded new and used car inventory
  • Control of all display vehicles and the display area, detailing of display vehicles
  • Control of all lease terminations
  • Control of Dealer Exchanges
  • Control of Dealer Demo/loaner car inventory and monthly asset reporting
  • Assist with annual vehicle inventory
  • Assist with vehicle transfer for car shows and client delivery

Requirements 

  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • A college degree in Business or a related field is preferred
  • Previous dealership or "get ready" experience is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-Motivated
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive and sense of urgency to obtain results consistently
  • Have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Basic computer skills
  • High level of initiative and ability to work in a team
