Job Title: Inventory SpecialistJob DescriptionThe Inventory Specialist supports the effective management of stock and supplies by maintaining accurate records, assisting with stock audits, and helping to ensure optimal inventory levels. Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records by performing timely data entry into computer systems.
- Assist with regular stock audits and inventory cycle counts to verify quantities and identify discrepancies.
- Use barcode scanners and RF scanners to track, receive, and issue inventory items.
- Support inventory control and inventory management processes to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained.
- Monitor inventory movements and update records to reflect transfers, adjustments, and usage.
- Collaborate with the Product Services team to ensure inventory is organized, accessible, and correctly labeled.
- Help investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by reviewing records and coordinating with relevant team members.
- Follow established procedures and inventory system guidelines to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
- Travel as needed (approximately 25% of the time) to support inventory activities at other locations, including being away for up to one week per month.
Essential Skills- Experience performing inventory cycle counts and supporting inventory audits.
- Proficiency in data entry and general computer skills for maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Ability to use barcode scanners and RF scanners to track and manage inventory.
- Knowledge of inventory control and inventory management practices.
- Comfort working with inventory systems and following standardized processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25% of the time and be away for up to one week per month.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Previous experience working in an inventory, warehouse, or product services environment.
- Familiarity with inventory-related computer software or ERP systems.

Work Environment
This role is based in the Product Services department within a growing team that currently includes about 10 people and is expanding to add 7–8 more team members. The position follows a first-shift schedule, typically working from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The work involves regular use of computer systems, inventory software, barcode scanners, and RF scanners in a structured inventory and product-handling environment. The role requires travel approximately 25% of the time, with the expectation of being away for up to one week per month to support inventory activities at other locations.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $63000.00/yr.
We offer a generous 120 hours of Paid Time Off, quarterly profit sharing, and performance-based raises. Employees are eligible for up to a 3% raise after a 90-day review and up to a 5% raise following an annual review. Our company values growth and rewards hard work and dedication.
