Role: Cycle Counter I
Location: Lubbock, TX
Duration: 03 Months
Duration: Temp-to-Hire (Expected conversion after 91 days)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cycle Counter to join our warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of inventory experience, preferably with a background similar to REGIS-style inventory control. This role is essential for maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily inventory counts and reconciliation activities
Conduct audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory matches system records
Investigate inventory discrepancies and report damaged or inconsistent goods
Operate forklifts to move and organize inventory
Weigh, measure, and repackage products as needed
Maintain accurate records and documentation in inventory management systems
Organize materials and locate lost or misplaced items
Follow established safety and organizational procedures
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of inventory control experience (REGIS or similar experience preferred)
Previous forklift operation experience
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
