Job Title: System Admin (Intune Experience)

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Duration: 6 months Contract with Ext, FTE

Need US Citizens who can work on W2 Only


IT Endpoint Support Engineer (Intune & Enterprise Support)

We're looking for a versatile IT professional with strong experience in Microsoft Intune, enterprise desktop support, endpoint management, security compliance, and basic networking. This role requires someone who takes ownership of issues from start to finish in a secure, federally regulated enterprise environment.


Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Intune (device configuration, compliance, policies, and software deployments)

Provide enterprise desktop support for Windows devices, hardware, and end users

Resolve network connectivity issues, including DNS, VPN, firewall, and IP/Port/URL filtering

Support endpoint security, compliance, and device hardening

Manage issues across desktop support, endpoint management, security, and asset management


Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience

Experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and enterprise Windows environments

Knowledge of security baselines (CIS, STIG) and regulatory compliance

Experience with network access controls and enterprise endpoint administration

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently

Eligible to obtain Public Trust clearance

Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools

Located near Indianapolis, IN and available for on-site work
