Job Description Our customer is seeking a proactive and eager-to-learn Endpoint Support Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis. This role is crucial for providing direct, in-person technical support to our users in Indy and Chicago (as needed). The position offers significant opportunity for growth into higher-level engineering tasks for a motivated individual. Key Responsibilities: • Provide hands-on, in-person technical support to end-users addressing a variety of hardware and software issues. • Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2/3 hardware, software, and operating system problems. • Manage and resolve IT tickets that require physical intervention or on-site support. • Assist with device deployments using Intune and Autopilot, following established processes. • Support a predominantly Lenovo Windows environment (99%), with occasional support for Mac devices. • Provide support for the Office 365 environment. • Maintain a professional and presentable demeanor, as the office is occasionally used by executive leadership. Required Skills & Experience: • 2-3 years of experience in a corporate IT support or help desk environment. • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and various operating systems. • Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365. • Demonstrated ability to learn new applications and technologies quickly. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-service oriented approach. • A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a desire for professional growth. Desired Skills (for long-term growth): • Familiarity with Intune and Autopilot beyond basic deployment processes. • Interest in developing skills in IT engineering areas such as packaging, PowerShell scripting, and Azure. • Experience with conference room systems (e.g., Crestron, Neat) is a plus.
