Step into a critical role as a SRE/ DevOps Engineer in Jacksonville, FL, where you'll ensure robust, secure, and reliable IT services for a large enterprise. Work onsite 2-3 days per week supporting Device Management End User platforms, covering mobility, remote access, server computing, and more.
This opportunity puts you at the forefront of IT operations, managing over 150,000 mobile endpoints and partnering with vendors, engineering teams, and service desks. Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong expertise in Zscaler Proxy (ZPA, ZIA, ZDX)-deployment, support, troubleshooting, and architecture
  • Knowledge of Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC)-packet capture and analysis
  • Understanding of certificates, cryptography, and security protocols
  • Experience with disaster recovery (DR), business continuity planning (BCP)
  • Excellent documentation skills (KOPs, KBs, FAQs, operational docs)
  • Proficiency with SIEM products (e.g., Splunk), monitoring tools, and dashboard creation
  • Working knowledge of LAN, WAN, server data networks, and datacenters
  • Strong grasp of OSI Model, TCP/IP stack, and firewall operations
  • Experience supporting remote access solutions on Unix/Windows servers
  • Ownership of project deliverables, configuration changes, and process improvement
