Job ID: SAIJP00038901 System Admin (Intune Experience) Indianapolis, IN Public Trust 6+ Months Pay Rate: $34 - $41 (all inclusive) Introduction This is not a traditional, siloed service desk role. We are actively seeking a candidate who is well-versed in troubleshooting and resolving issues within Microsoft Intune-managed environments, while also operating effectively across desktop support, endpoint management, security compliance, and network-related challenges. You will be expected to move fluidly across technical domains. This means owning problems end-to-end rather than handing them off-while balancing user experience, security requirements, and operational efficiency. This role is in support of a secure and enterprise scale environment with federally regulated compliance requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in information systems or relevant field and 3 years practical experience in the field * Ability to obtain public trust clearance * Ability to self-manage work tasks using M365 based tools * Demonstrated and proven ability to independently resolve issues, improve day-to-day operations with self-driven initiatives, and operate with a growth mindset * Hands-on experience administering or operating network access controls in the form of IP:Port or URL based filters * Practical experience managing enterprise desktops within a Microsoft Intune managed environment * Hands-on experience troubleshooting and administering Windows operating systems in an enterprise environment - ideally including peripheral device management, asset management, and VOIP operations * Understanding and practical exposure with regulatory controls, baselines, and security policies within an Azure Entra and Intune based environment with enterprise desktops and endpoints (CIS benchmarks, STIG, etc) * Located near Indianapolis, IN and willingness to be on-site in support of the mission * Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 Preferred Skills & Qualifications * Experience with additional endpoint management tools and technologies * Familiarity with cloud-based security solutions * Certifications in Microsoft technologies or network security Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Troubleshoot and resolve Intune-related issues, including device configuration, policy application, compliance failures, and software deployment * Provide hands-on desktop support in an enterprise environment, including OS, hardware, and user-facing issues * Diagnose and address network connectivity issues (e.g., access restrictions, firewall rules, DNS, VPN, IP/Port/URL filtering) * Navigate and resolve security and compliance-related challenges, including endpoint hardening, policy enforcement, and audit readiness * Operate effectively across multiple functions-including endpoint management, support, security, and asset management-without reliance on rigid team boundaries Company Benefits & Culture * Comprehensive health and wellness benefits * Opportunities for professional development and career growth * Inclusive and collaborative work environment For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
