How to be Successful:

Youโ€™ll also contribute to client migrations and upgrades, document systems and procedures, and help junior technicians develop their skills. The strongest performers will combine technical depth with ownership, clear communication, sound judgment, and a genuine commitment to customer success.

What You Bring
  • 3+ years of systems administration experience
  • Strong Microsoft technology expertise, including Windows Server and Microsoft 365
  • Hands-on networking and virtualization experience
  • Experience with backups, disaster recovery, and infrastructure troubleshooting
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple technical issues in a fast-paced environment
  • MSP experience strongly preferred
