To thrive as an Interpreter, you need fluency in at least two languages, excellent listening skills, and a strong understanding of cultural nuances, often supported by a relevant degree or professional certification. Preparation can also include familiarizing themselves with cultural nuances and practicing active listening skills to handle complex or emotional conversations professionally. This proactive approach helps interpreters maintain accuracy and professionalism, even in challenging scenarios.

What are interpreters?
