En tant qu'assistant·e aux opérations, tu joueras un rôle clé dans la fabrication de nos chenilles de caoutchouc pour le secteur défense, agricole, industriel et récréatif. Dans ce poste, tu auras l'occasion de : Effectuer les opérations d’étirage, perforage, agrafage, enroulage, identification, lavage, peinture, ébarbage, jointage, emballage et manipulation divers dans les opérations Effectuer des opérations d'assemblage de pièces de caoutchouc (fenêtres) Effectuer le chargement et le déchargement d'une presse dans différents secteurs d’activités Utiliser efficacement les matières premières, les équipements et les outillages tout en respectant les normes de qualité spécifiées Prévenir le préposé à l’entrepôt d’un besoin prochain en matières premières ou d’un changement de contenant Vérifier si le produit est conforme aux normes de qualité établies et aviser l’inspecteur en assurance qualité ou le chef d’équipe de tout point suspecté Lors d’un temps d’attente, aider son coéquipier de travail dans l’exécution de ses tâches Aviser l’apprêteur s’il y a un dérèglement de l’équipement ou de l’outillage Approvisionner son poste de travail en matière première Compléter les différents formulaires de contrôle de la qualité et ceux de la production Maintenir la propreté de son lieu de travail Exercer toutes autres tâches demandées par le supérieur immédiat Poste permanent à temps plein Quart de travail : postes de nuit (formation de jour en 5x8h puis 3x12h 1 samedi/mois) Salaire : débutant à 27,34$/hre progression salariale sur 2 ans Prime de quart : 2,50$/hre de nuit / 1,25$/hre de 12h Tu te vois dans ce poste?
