Description du poste : Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) technicien(ne) assistant de projet pour soutenir nos gérants de projets et contremaîtres dans le suivi et la coordination des chantiers de ventilation. Bras droit du gérant de projet, vous jouez un rôle concret dans la réussite des chantiers : suivi des travaux, mise en service des équipements, documentation technique et communication entre le bureau et le terrain. Ce poste convient à une personne qui connaît bien la ventilation, qui aime être sur le terrain et qui souhaite jouer un rôle plus actif dans le déroulement des projets. Responsabilités principales Soutenir le gérant de projet dans le suivi de l'avancement des travaux et des échéanciers Faire le suivi des observations relevées par les professionnels (architectes, ingénieurs) et s'assurer qu'elles sont traitées Assister aux mises en marche et mises en service des équipements de ventilation Faire le suivi des travaux en collaboration avec les équipes concernées Compléter les fiches de mise en service et les rapports associés aux équipements Assister les contremaîtres sur les chantiers d'envergure Agir comme point de liaison entre le bureau et le chantier pour assurer la fluidité de l'information Documenter les travaux réalisés et maintenir les dossiers de projet à jour Profil recherché DEP en mécanique du bâtiment ou expérience pertinente équivalente Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en ventilation dans un contexte de chantier Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans et devis Autonomie, sens de l'organisation et rigueur dans le suivi Bon communicateur, à l'aise autant au bureau que sur les chantiers Capacité à gérer plusieurs suivis simultanément Ce que nous offrons Poste permanent à temps plein avec stabilité d'emploi Rémunération compétitive selon l'expérience Environnement de travail collaboratif au sein d'une entreprise établie Avantages sociaux : assurance collective, congés payés, programme d'aide aux employés
