Qualifications

Skill matrix:

  • DB2 (Z/OS) application Programming including knowledge of DB2 SQLs
  • CICS application Programming
  • Experience with QMF, SPUFI and FILEAID/CA-RC-Browse
  • Mainframe technologies (Cobol, CICS, JCL, DB2, Zeke, X/PTR)
  • Experience with structured system development methodologies, preferably waterfall method
  • Experience with COBOL debugging tools like XPEDITOR/CA-Intertest
  • Candidates local to the Raleigh / Triangle Area
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to translate and communicate highly technical concepts to both technical and non-IT business users
  • Ability to develop relationships/partnerships with clients
  • Extensive experience conducting problem analysis and issue resolution
  • Experience performing business requirements definition, reviewing functional specifications, developing test cases, and performing unit testing
