Conduct thorough evaluations for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients utilizing standardized assessments and observational methodologies.

Craft personalized treatment plans that encompass short and long-term goals tailored to individual communication, cognitive, or swallowing needs.

Deliver focused, one-on-one speech therapy interventions that encompass voice, fluency, language, and swallowing.

Cooperate with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to coordinate comprehensive care strategies.

Provide families and patients with educational resources to bolster their progress outside of clinical appointments.

Assist with occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions in speech therapy, ensuring a seamless continuum of care.

Maintain precise and timely documentation in compliance with all state, federal, and organizational standards.

Engage in ongoing education and collaboration with peers to stay abreast of advancements in the field.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for those not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory within 30 days of starting.

Expertise in employing evidence-based treatment methods across all age groups, with a robust understanding of developmental and acquired disorders affecting speech, language, and swallowing.

Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.
