Job Title - Agile Product Owner L1|| Workday HCM Core
Location - Marlborough, MA (Remote)
Employment Type - FTE
Job Description -
As a Product Owner, you will refine and guide the product backlog for the Scrum Team(s), be a partner with our customers to ensure we are delivering value for them, as well as partnering with the Product Management team to steer our product roadmaps. You will ensure the business requirements are met, partner to ensure team commitments are achievable and team is performing optimally. Communication and collaboration are key to this role.
Minimum Qualifications
• 5+ years in an agile delivery framework, or requirement development or Product Owner role.
• Experience with cloud-based HCM system (i.e. Success Factors)
• Experience with, and strong understanding of Product Ownership for Agile Scrum Teams
• Proven ability to analyze complex cross functional business process and defining integrated user stories using industry standard techniques
• Proven ability to manage dependencies and shifting priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tailoring to audiences
• Excellent critical thinking skills and demonstrated ability to proactively manage stakeholder expectations
• Understanding of agile methodology, techniques, and agile tools (such as Jira and Confluence)
• Ability to work in distributed teams and develop multi-level relationships
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working as part of an Agile Release Train in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Experience implementing Workday HCM system
