As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day will involve:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs and circumstances.
• Providing individual, couple, and family therapy through secure telehealth platforms, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate healing.
• Documenting all client interactions and treatment plans meticulously in our electronic health records system to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community organizations, to provide holistic care tailored to client needs.
• Staying current with advancements in mental health practices and incorporating new insights into therapy sessions to enhance client outcomes.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse array of clients, including individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. To be successful in this position, you must possess the following:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Professional liability insurance to ensure the protection of you and your clients.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, providing mental health counseling.

While not mandatory, candidates with the following attributes will be preferred:

• Experience supervising practicum students or interns.
• Previous experience in a remote clinical role, enhancing telehealth proficiency.
• Exposure to using electronic health records or similar documentation tools.

We provide an attractive compensation package that includes:

• An annual salary range of $120,000 to $140,000, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000.
