Job description

Starting Salary: $56,000DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY

Assist with managing all aspects of tradeshow planning and execution for Pride Mobility Products & Quantum Rehab, from initial contract negotiation through on-site execution and post-show analysis

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

•Ensure successful delivery of 10–25 domestic tradeshows annually, maintain brand standards, manage logistics, and drive continuous improvement in event performance

•Lead end-to-end tradeshow planning including contract negotiation, vendor coordination, logistics, execution, and post-show reporting

•Work in collaboration with Marketing Manager to negotiate and manage contracts for booth space, vendors, and show services (e.g., drayage, electrical, furnishings, shipping)

•Coordinate all tradeshow logistics including shipping, inventory tracking, material handling, and service ordering

•Develop and manage detailed project timelines to ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met

•Coordinate booth design, setup requirements, and marketing materials in collaboration with internal teams

•Serve as the primary point of contact for all tradeshow-related activities across departments

•Lead on-site execution including booth setup and dismantle (tear-down) with support from on-site team members

•Manage on-site vendors, labor, and show services to ensure smooth execution

•Ensure booth presentation aligns with brand standards and is fully operational throughout each event

•Troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time during events

•Coordinate staffing logistics including travel arrangements, schedules, and communication for attending team members

•Partner with Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams to align goals, messaging, and event objectives

•Track and measure tradeshow performance including lead generation, engagement, and overall effectiveness

•Coordinate lead collection, organization, and handoff to Sales for follow-up

•Provide post-show reporting and recommendations to optimize future events

•Maintain strong cross-functional relationships and act as liaison for all tradeshow activity

•Assist with sponsorships, customer visits, and additional marketing initiatives as needed

•Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents, or injuries are promptly reported to management

•Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training

•Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment

•Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations

•Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

REQUIRED SKILLS

•Must be a team player, friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and honest

•Must be willing and able to travel frequently, including up to 10-15 tradeshows annually, with extended hours and weekends required

Must have the ability to:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

•At least 3 years of experience in event planning, logistics coordination, or related role

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

•At least 1 year of experience managing or coordinating multiple tradeshows annually preferred

•Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

REQUIRED EDUCATION

•High School Diploma or GED

PREFERRED EDUCATION

•Associate’s degree or higher in Marketing or a related field preferred

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

•Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
