Job description

Billboard is adding to our Pre-Sale Strategy team in NYC and hiring a Marketing Manager, Presale Strategy who is experienced in developing strategic and creative marketing proposals that include branded content, experiential activations/sponsorships, and digital media. The Marketing Manager will work across internal teams to brainstorm multi-platform creative concepts, create presentations, and assist the sales team on external pitches that ultimately drive revenue for Billboard.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Effectively communicate Billboard's strategic offerings and brand ethos into visually impactful presentations and client-facing materials
  • Work directly with internal teams (sales, branded content, editorial, etc.) to ideate strategic and integrated offerings for brand partners across all consumer categories and verticals
  • Tailor Billboard offerings and strategic concepts to best meet client needs and KPIs Manage a P&L production budget throughout the pre-sale process to ensure all offerings are profitable prior to sale
  • Pull audience research and industry insights to formulate data-based recommendations
  • Assist the sales team with client pitches, external communications, and feedback
  • Become an expert of the Billboard brand, with strong understanding of editorial content, event tentpoles, offerings and more
  • Collaborate with post-sale teams to understand the success of programs to create case study materials

Must-Have Requirements:
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in a creative/marketing strategy role
  • Experience in responding to RFPs or developing client-facing materials/business proposals
  • Strong knowledge of Keynote with a proficient level of presentation design
  • Excellent creative writing skills
  • Comfortable working at a fast pace with ability to work on multiple projects at once
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment which requires excellent verbal communication
  • A music, entertainment and pop culture enthusiast on top of latest industry trends

As PMC values in-person collaboration and team cohesion, employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely with a focus on maintaining a vibrant and inclusive culture.
