We are looking for a talented and energetic Representative to join our Customer Service team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining appropriate levels of customer satisfaction, maximizing our sales productivity, and assisting with the overall optimization of customer service.

Job Summary:ย 

The Customer Service Representative provides support/service for all customers via phone, email, or fax. The job provides world class customer service in all interactions. The successful individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, as well as the ability to perform accurate data entry.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Professionally respond to inbound calls from customers nationally
  • Accurately input information into various fields
  • Maintain CRM database with customer and prospect information
  • Maintain an order batch
  • Responsible for the life of an order that is assigned from processing to following up, if required
  • Follow up as necessary on orders to ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner
  • Verify Items and customer's information entered accurately
  • Follow up on pending payments and process payments

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no supervisory responsibility.

  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and be multi-task oriented
  • Friendly, positive attitude, and eager to assist the customer regardless of the customer's disposition
  • Work effectively under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Collaborative and team player attitude

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) preferred
  • Communication and Organizational skills (English/Spanish a plus)
  • 1 year of previous customer services/call center experience.
  • Customer service, email, and telephone etiquette are a must.
  • Must be computer literate with data entry skills.
  • Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to navigate through multiple programs as well as reading and comprehending various customer care service tools.
  • Previous knowledge navigating Great Plains (GP) a plus
