Job description

Lucky Dog Barks and Recreation is a Full Service Dog Boarding, Daycare, Grooming &ย  Training Facility located in Swansea, Illinois. We are seeking self motivated individuals who are passionate about dogs. Team members will be required to perform a variety of cleaning duties throughout their shift as dogs can be messy at times. Staff must be willing to learn about dog body language, behavior, and how to manage a group of dogs. On the job training is provided so dog experience is not required.ย  Lucky Dog is now an Employee Owned Company!ย  We would love for you to Join our Team!

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position applied for: Able to lift 40lbs, be on your feet for 4+ hours, bend over, and kneel down regularly.

Available to work holidays and weekends.

SCHEDULE:

You must have the availability to work weekends and major holidays.

1st Shift: 6:00 am-1:00 pm Monday-Friday / 6:00 am-11:30am on Weekends and Major Holidays.

2nd Shift: 1:00 pm-7:00pm Monday-Friday / 2:30 pm-7:00pm on Weekends and Major Holidays.

Job Duties:

Work with dogs of all breeds/sizes

Work in a potentially fast paced and LOUD environment

General cleaning duties

Maintain a clean and safe environment for our canine guests

Positive customer service

Part-Time, Full-Time, Seasonal

Starting Pay: $13.00 per hour
