Job description

Location: Central Bark York
Employment Type: Part-Time (with opportunity for additional hours)

About the Position

Do you love dogs and enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced environment? Central Bark York is looking for dependable, hardworking team members who are eager to learn and provide exceptional care for dogs.

No two days are the same! You'll work with dogs of all sizes and personalities while helping create a safe, clean, and positive environment for both our furry guests and their families.

What We're Looking For

  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working as part of a team.
  • Able to train on all shifts, including:
    • Early mornings
    • Evenings
    • Weekends
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work in an active environment.
  • Dog experience is preferred but not required. We provide training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and interact with dogs in group play.
  • Maintain a clean and safe facility.
  • Monitor dog behavior and ensure safe play.
  • Follow company procedures and safety protocols.
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with pet parents.
  • Assist with feeding, cleaning, and other daily care tasks.
