As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will translate brand strategy and business needs into high-quality visual solutions that support Corporate Marketing and cross-functional partners across the company. Working within established brand systems, you'll produce polished, accurate, and scalable assets across digital and print mediums that reinforce consistency, clarity, and impact.
This role requires strong design judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You'll collaborate closely with fellow creatives and marketing partners, contribute to concept development, and confidently present and defend your work. The ideal candidate is highly creative, organized, proactive, someone who thrives in a collaborative in-house setting and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, well-executed design that elevates the Marvell brand.
What You Can Expect
  • Deep understanding of the Marvell brand. Manage brand consistency to make sure teams are adhering to the brand guidelines.
  • Design and implement the design across all sizes & mediums necessary for all digital, print, environmental, and multi-media channels. This includes illustrations, charts, infographics, email banners, save the dates, Zoom backgrounds, posters, flyers, internal announcement graphics, digital signage, quote cards, print advertisements, word documents, digital media, website graphics, social media, brochures, reports, large-format event tradeshow booth design(s) and presentations.
  • Adhere to and help build upon approved Marvell graphics, photography, video, motion graphics, iconography and brand standards; constantly updating library of resources on Brandfolder and within PowerPoint Toolkit
  • Ensure all work created aligns with the Marvell brand standards
  • Oversee third-party digital, print, and production agencies to develop quality, on-brand materials.
  • Package and preflight files for release to printers or media partners
  • Persuasively present creative concepts for team and client review.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director, other designers on the team and/or project lead to assess project requirements, identify scope, and create accurate time estimates and breakdowns while delivering solutions within budget
  • Maintain current industry knowledge and best practices in design concepting, execution, and the creative process.
  • Archive work into a shared drive accessible to team members

What We're Looking For
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and tracking your work in project management and content management tools such as Workfront
  • Strong project management skills
  • Expert level of knowledge in Pre-Press, CMYK, RGB color spaces, proofing, and digital print production
  • Accomplished in color-correction, image editing, masking, and compositing
  • Advanced knowledge of large format tradeshow booth design and facility environmental design
  • Print production knowledge of how ink and paper work with color-correction

  • Advanced knowledge of typography, iconography, and layout design subtilties

  • BFA, BA, BS, or MFA in Graphic Design or equivalent field or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of proven experience as a graphic designer including all areas of digital, print and presentations on an in-house marketing or agency level

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
113,650 - 170,200, $ per annum
The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
