Job description

Our summer internship program provides students with hands-on professional experience, networking opportunities, and access to SC&H fun while honing essential skills for early career success. For 10-weeks spanning June to August, our interns work on diverse client projects and receive guided mentorship in one of our many unique service lines. Our internship is in-person at one of our offices 4x a week with an average work week of 30-32 hours.

Requirements:

  • GPA of 3.4 or above
  • Previous successful business experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to produce an outstanding work product or deliverable
  • Reliable transportation to our Sparks, MD location

Salary & Benefits
The rate for this position is $30.00-$35.00 per hour. Salary offers are made based on a variety of candidate specific factors such as candidate's skills, performance, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations. As a 100% employee-owned firm, SC&H offers the unique benefit of real equity ownership for every colleague with at least 1 year of service. Watch your stake grow as your tenure increases and the firm achieves success. We also offer a comprehensive health plan with multiple options to suit your needs, at least 4 weeks of paid time off, 8 firm-paid holidays, 401k with employer match, and an annual firm trip for you and a guest to an all-inclusive tropical location. Please note for all intern and extern positions, you are not eligible for the benefits outlined above unless you become a full-time employee with the Firm.
