Job description

TLG is seeking ambitious, detail-oriented Strategic Communications Interns in our New York, NY, office. The Fall 2026 Strategic Communications Internship Program offers skilled and enthusiastic individuals the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and detail-driven practice with clients who look to our teams to navigate moments that matter. 

The Internship Program is open to individuals who are in their undergraduate senior year in Fall 2026 and individuals who have recently completed their undergraduate degree. Applicants should have a demonstrated interest in a career in fields such as communications, law, finance, political science, international affairs, journalism, or digital media. Successful Interns are excellent writers, verbal communicators, and strategic and creative thinkers who thrive in fast-paced environments where organizational skills and attention to detail are key.  

Interns will work closely with TLG teams on a wide array of projects including research, news monitoring, and analysis. The 12-week program is designed to provide opportunities to work alongside TLG’s experts across a wide-range of practice areas and market sectors, gaining meaningful, hands-on experience that positions high-performing Interns for success in future communications roles. 

The Internship Program begins on Monday, September 14 and runs through Friday, December 4. Priority will be given to applicants who can commit to a full-time schedule (40 hours per week), but part-time applicants (at least 20 hours per week) will also be considered. Applicants must specify in their cover letter whether they are applying for a full-time or part-time position and their preferred office location. Interns are compensated at an hourly rate of $25.
