Spurs & Franchise Ticket Operations Coordinator
Location: San Antonio, TX/ Non-Exempt
Job Summary
The Spurs & Franchise Ticket Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day ticket operations across the San Antonio Spurs, Austin Spurs, and San Antonio FC. This position serves as the primary ticket office coordinator for San Antonio FC, overseeing day-to-day ticket office operations, ticketing system administration, event builds, inventory management, order processing, payment processing, and operational execution while supporting the San Antonio Spurs, Austin Spurs, and other Spurs Sports & Entertainment events as needed.
As a member of the San Antonio FC Sales Leadership Team, this position works closely with Membership Services, the Sales Team, Marketing, and Facilities to support ticketing initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to the club's ticket sales and membership objectives. The coordinator also partners with the Spurs Corporate Sales and Retention Team to support premium and suite ticket operations and provides operational support for the San Antonio Spurs, Austin Spurs, and other Spurs Sports & Entertainment events as needed.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative professional with a passion for customer service, operational excellence, and delivering accurate, efficient ticket operations in a fast-paced live event environment.

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in ticket operations, sports and entertainment, or a related field.

  • Experience supporting live event ticket office operations preferred.

  • Experience using Ticketmaster Host, Archtics, TM1, or similar ticketing systems preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

  • Ability to professionally handle sensitive and confidential information.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.

What You'll Do:
Duties/Responsibilities (Essential Duties are noted with an (E) at the end of the duty)
  • Lead the day-to-day ticket operations for San Antonio FC, including ticketing system administration, event builds, inventory management, order processing, payment processing, and operational readiness while working closely with Membership Services, the Sales team, Marketing, and Facilities to support ticketing initiatives and event execution. (E)

  • Support the day-to-day ticket operations for the San Antonio Spurs and Austin Spurs by assisting with ticketing system administration, event builds, inventory management, ticket products, and other operational initiatives. (E)

  • Serve as the primary ticket operations liaison for the Corporate Sales and Retention team by supporting premium and suite ticket operations, assisting with Spurs suite rental processes throughout the season, and processing suite Standing Room Only (SRO) orders following each home game. (E)
  • Process Freshdesk requests, ticket orders, exchanges, account maintenance activities, and internal ticket requests while providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. (E)

  • Assist with ticket office operations for San Antonio Spurs, Austin Spurs, San Antonio FC, and other Spurs Sports & Entertainment events, including game-day responsibilities and operational support. (E)

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Ticket Office Operations & Event Execution: Ability to support day-to-day ticket office operations, ensuring accurate event setup, ticket fulfillment, issue resolution, and operational readiness for games and events across assigned franchise properties.

  • Ticketing Systems & Inventory Management: Strong working knowledge of ticketing platforms and inventory management processes, including event builds, ticket products, price codes, seating manifests, ticket holds, and operational setup.

  • Customer Service & Operational Support: Ability to provide exceptional customer service while managing ticket requests, account maintenance, order fulfillment, and operational support for internal departments and external customers.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Organization: Ability to effectively collaborate with Ticket Operations, Membership Services, Sales, Marketing, Corporate Sales, and Facilities while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
