Position Purpose:

IKONIC is seeking motivated and ambitious fresh graduates who are eager to kick-start their careers in Business Development. This opportunity offers hands-on experience, mentorship from industry professionals, and exposure to real-world projects that contribute to business growth and organizational success.

Education & Professional Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution; a degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
  • Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.

Experience:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly and confidently.
  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–6 months of experience are highly encouraged to apply.

BD Intern Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Identify and research potential clients in target markets

  • Craft compelling bids, tailored to client needs, on various freelance platforms
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Assist in preparing business proposals and client presentations

  • Communicate with prospects and schedule meetings

  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand IKONICs products and services in depth.
  • Maintain and update client databases (CRM) to ensure accurate lead tracking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Interest in sales, client interaction, and business growth within the tech industry.
  • Basic understanding of software solutions, SaaS products, or IT services is a plus.
  • Ability to learn quickly, work collaboratively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
