Job title: Sales & Marketing Support Representative (Full-Time)
Position Summary
The Sales & Marketing Support Representative plays a key role in supporting revenue growth, client
engagement, and brand development through proposal execution, client communications, CRM management, and targeted marketing initiatives. This position blends marketing coordination, sales enablement, and administrative execution to ensure the Sales & Client Partnerships function operates efficiently and effectively.
This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Director, Sales & Client Partnerships. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who takes ownership of their work, contributes meaningfully to team success, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Core duties and responsibilities
  • Develop, format, and refine client proposals, presentations, and sales materials to support business development efforts
  • Maintain and manage CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date client, prospect, and opportunity data
  • Conduct market research to support sales strategies, prospecting efforts, and campaign development
  • Coordinate and support marketing campaigns, including content development, scheduling, and performance tracking
  • Provide graphic design support for proposals, presentations, and marketing materials as needed
  • Administer customer appreciation and client engagement programs to strengthen relationships and retention
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales and marketing efforts with company objectives
  • Provide general administrative and organizational support to the Sales & Client Partnerships team
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and workflows within the sales and marketing function

Requirements, Certifications & Skills
Education and experience
  • Coursework or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Previous marketing internship, sales support, or administrative experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Clickup, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic
Skills and competencies
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • High level of accuracy in data entry, document formatting, and content development
  • Basic graphic design capability (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools) preferred
  • Self-starter mentality with a strong desire to contribute, learn, and make an impact
