Job description

Our growing restaurant group is looking for a dynamic and high-energy Restaurant Manager for our farm-to-table restaurant concept. The menu is made from scratch and features many locally sourced items. This candidate must be an expert at hiring and training staff, people development, managing inventory, and controlling costs. 


Manager Requirements 

  • Manage Inventory and all related systems 
  • Manage and control labor and beverage costs 
  • Train, coach, and develop hourly team members and drive sales 
  • Lead the team to execute and deliver an extensive menu 

Manager Qualifications 

  • 4+ years of upscale casual/fine dining Manager experience 
  • Tenure of 2+ years 
  • Ability to build relationships with vendors 
  • Understand a P&L and daily administration 
  • Have a guest-first attitude and drive the team to have the same attitude
