Sales Development Representative Intern (SDR Intern)
*Company located in Pleasant Grove, UT - This is a hybrid, local-Utah opportunity. Employees work 2-3 days in our Pleasant Grove office and the remaining days from home; this is not a remote or contract opportunity.

The Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern - as the first point of contact between Disruptive Advertising (DA) and prospective clients, our SDR Intern plays a critical role in building the pipeline that fuels our sales team's success. As a B2B sales role you'll spend your days on the phone with new leads, working to understand their business and determine whether they're a fit for DA's services. You'll enjoy the fast pace of the job as well as the opportunity to sharpen your communication skills as you qualify leads, follow up persistently, and prospect for new outbound opportunities, all while learning directly from a team of experienced sales professionals.
As SDR Intern, you will receive:
  • Pay: $15.62/hour + commission
  • Flexible hybrid work schedule - 2-3 days per week in our Pleasant Grove, UT office, with the remaining days remote. Willing to work around your school schedule.

As SDR Intern, you will:
  • Call inbound leads and engage them in conversation to introduce Disruptive Advertising's services
  • Qualify inbound leads by understanding their business needs, budget, and timeline
  • Follow up consistently and persistently with leads throughout the sales cycle
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to build and maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Accurately log calls, notes, and lead status in our CRM
  • Partner closely with the sales team to hand off qualified opportunities

What you need to be SDR Intern:
  • Strong verbal communication skills and genuine comfort talking on the phone
  • A self-starter mindset - coachable, resilient, and not discouraged by rejection
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree, or equivalent practical experience
  • Based in Utah and able to work hybrid out of our Pleasant Grove office 2-3 days per week
  • Prior sales, customer service, or outbound calling experience is a plus, but not required
